By posting an asset for sale on our site, you are giving your permission and agreeing to be contacted by us and anyone else who may publicly view your asset for sale. Your profile information (except for login username and password) can be viewed publicly by all those that visit our site and search our assets for sale or lease databases if you make your contact information public.
Account holders may delete their information at anytime, as well as change or modify their profile, by entering their username and password at the login page and by following the online instructions.
We may contact account holders via e-mail, or by other means, in order to administer their account, send them updates, inform them of any special services, or to contact them with questions in regard to the listings that they have posted at our site. In addition, as stated above, you may also be contacted by anyone who may have seen your listing.

If you choose to opt out of receiving reminder notices for the maintenance of your various assets, you can do so by logging into your account and turning off your specific event reminders.
